Each lightweight extension is handmade, carefully crafted into V-shaped fans of 3–6 extensions. The number of lashes in each fan is determined by your natural lash thickness and health. Handmade fans are healthier than premade — I never use premade fans. Volume is fully customizable, from full glam to natural fluff.

Shorter lengths toward the inner corners with added volume at the outer corners creates a beautiful lifted effect. I'll customize every set to your unique eye shape — just tell me your preferences and I'll advise on the best approach.

I use only premium, hypoallergenic products and follow rigorous sanitation procedures. If you experience any discomfort or reactions after your appointment, I'm always available to help.
When applied and maintained correctly, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. I hand-make every fan (never premade), carefully calibrating the weight to what your natural lashes can support. Proper aftercare is essential — I'll give you detailed instructions to keep your lashes healthy and looking great. If you experience itching, swelling, or irritation within 3 days, your extensions may need to be removed.

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours will not be refunded. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are charged 100% of the appointment cost — unless you can find a friend to fill the appointment for you. Deposits must be paid at least 48 hours before your appointment or it will be cancelled.
  • ✦Wash daily with lash shampoo using the provided brush or your fingers. Rinse well. Do not use wipes or Q-tips. Wash immediately after workouts or sports — you may need to wash twice daily.
  • ✦Chlorinated or salt water will leave residue. Wash your lashes right after swimming.
  • ✦Brush lashes once or twice a day when dry, not wet. Do not constantly brush, touch, pick, or pull. Manipulating the base weakens the bond and can transfer bacteria.
  • ✦Keep shampoo and conditioner away from lashes when washing hair. Use cool setting when blow-drying near the fringe. Guard lashes when using hair spray.
  • ✦Avoid heat and steam. Wear small goggles during facials with steam. Hot yoga, saunas, and similar activities will affect retention. Keep face away from heat when cooking or grilling.
  • ✦Do not use oil-based facial products. Let nighttime products dry completely before bed. A silk pillowcase and contoured eye mask are recommended.
  • ✦Extended sun/heat exposure (boating, beach, gardening) will soften adhesive. Sunglasses or a hat can help, but retention may be compromised.
  • ✦Do not use liquid, crayon, or pencil eyeliners — use compressed powder or dampened eyeshadow. Never apply mascara to extensions. Never apply clusters or strips over extensions.
  • ✦Hormonal changes and stress can cause hair shedding. If crying, remember to wash your lashes after.
  • ✦Surgeries, medication, and medicated eye drops may affect retention.
Brow Tint Aftercare
  • ✦Wait until the next day to wash or get wet. This prolongs the tint. Color can last a few days to 2 weeks depending on your hair.
  • ✦UV rays from the sun break down tint. Protect your brows from sun exposure when possible.
Henna Brow Aftercare
  • ✦Do not get brows wet for 24 hours. This allows the henna to fully deposit into the skin.
  • ✦Do not exfoliate around or near the eyebrows — this will remove the henna from the skin.
  • ✦Harsh chemicals like retinols, or facial treatments, can cause the skin to peel and henna won't last.
  • ✦UV rays break down henna. Protect your brows from sun exposure when possible.

48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are charged 100% — unless you find a friend to fill your spot. Deposits not paid 48 hours prior will result in cancellation.

III. Deposits

All clients must pay a deposit to secure their appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable if you reschedule within 48 hours. After one no-show, all future appointments require a 100% deposit.

IV. Late Arrivals

If you are late, the full cost is still due. I'll do what I can with the time remaining. If over 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule — the full cost will still be due.

V. Refunds

No refunds. However, if you're unsatisfied or have concerns, a complimentary touchup will be provided within 3 days of your appointment.

VI. Transfer/Foreign Fills

If you booked a fill while wearing extensions from another artist, we may need to reschedule for a full set. Due to varying techniques, brands, and adhesives, fills over another artist's work may result in inconsistencies.
