Our mobile lash service policies and procedures ensure that you receive the highest quality and professional experience. I. MASSAGE TABLE REQUIREMENT
I require all clients to provide a massage table. If you already have a massage table, please ensure it has sufficient space beneath the headrest to allow for proper leg positioning during the service. Some tables have a wooden or solid support bar underneath which creates poor ergonomics and makes lashing physically unsustainable. First time clients have a grace period of 30 days to purchase a massage table. If you are unable to provide a table, there will be a $125 transportation fee applied to your appointment. This covers time, sanitation, transportation, wear and tear on my professional equipment. Click here to purchase a table suitable for your in-home lash appointment.
II. CANCELLATION POLICY
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are rescheduled within 48 hours will not be refunded. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment cost unless you can find a friend to fill the appointment for you. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours of the appointment, it will be canceled.
III. DEPOSITS
All clients must pay a deposit to secure their appointments. This deposit is nonrefundable if you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours. If the deposit is not paid 48 hours prior to the appointment time, the appointment will be canceled. After 1 no-show, all further appointments will require a 100% deposit.
IV. LATE ARRIVALS
If you are late, the full cost will still be due. I will do what I can with the time remaining. If you are over 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. The full cost will still be due.
V. REFUNDS
No Refunds. Although there are no refunds for services; if you are unsatisfied or have concerns regarding your service, a complimentary touchup will be given within 3 days of your appointment.
VI. TRANSFER/FOREIGN FILLS
Please be aware, if you booked a fill while wearing extensions from another artist, we may need to reschedule your appointment for a full set due to various application methods. Due to varying techniques, lash brands, adhesives, and application methods, fills over another artist’s work may result in inconsistencies or unevenness in the lash line.
